We aim to ship as fast as we can, and are happy to change our packaging to enable parcels to be put through a letterbox whereever possible.  We always try and pack our products so that the item inside is not damaged, which means we use either boxes or white 'jiffy' bags.  Please email if you would rather one type of packaging over another.  We know how frustrating it can be if the items are sent to the post office to await collection - so if you know you're going to be out, and would rather we try and fit it into a smaller packet, please ask.
Safe shopping and security are important to us.  There are links to both on the left hand side which explain our policies. We will email you when your item is despatched.  We always use Royal Mail as our method of posting.  Please note that it can take 1 to 2 days for the items to arrive withing the UK from the date of despatch and up to 15 days to the rest of the world for items to arrive.  If you're at all worried about how long your parcel is taking, please email us and we will do our best to find out where it is!  If you'd like to return your item that's fine.  Please return it unused and undamaged within 14 days for a full refund.  Apologies but postage and packing will not be refunded.
